La Tortilla Loca™, LLC is owned and operated by Richard & Imelda Rubin, husband and wife in the small town of Rio Rico, Arizona. We are a minority run business with Imelda Rubin as President and 51% owner and Richard Rubin is responsible for sales & marketing. We started this business out of our home and plan to sell on the Internet as well as retail stores.
