2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 small onion, finely chopped
6 serrano chilies, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
salt to taste



Heat the oil well over medium heat. Sauté onions and chilies until soft. Add tomatoes and salt. Fry the mixture until it is well cooked, stirring from time to time. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with hot tortillas.
